Pale salmon coloured, beautiful pearly bubbles, fine bubbles. Intense fresh fruit aromas especially of cherry, with mineral and toasted characteristics. A powerful, full-bodied wine yet surprisingly silky because of its maturity, with flavours reminiscent of crystallised fruit.
