To develop this white Sancerre, we blend the three characteristic terroirs of the Appellation. Each has its own characteristics: flint brings aging potential, structure, freshness and minerality; the white earths of roundness and aromas of white flowers (lily and acacia) and exotic fruits (lychee and pineapple); the Caillottes (hard limestone) and the Morello cherries (soft limestone), freshness, intense floral and citrus aromas. The blend of these terroirs gives a fine, elegant and complex cuvée.
